How do I register for the tournament?
Invitations to the tournament are available at participating GameStop locations.  The Team Captain ONLY should go to their local GameStop location and ask the store associate for an invitation to the tournament.  Once you receive your invitation, follow the instructions on the card to register for the tournament.  You must get your invitation and register between 2/22 -3/14 at www.gamestop.com/battlefieldbadcompany2.

What if my local store runs out of invitations?
Each store has a limited number of invitations available and only the team captain needs to get one.  The team captain will invite the other team members at a later time once he / she receives their invitation email from Gamebattles and creates there team on http://gamebattles.com/.  If a store is out of invitations, try another store nearby.  See the store list on the registration page for participating locations. Once a store distributes all of their invitations they will not receive additional invitations.

When will I be notified to set-up my team?
Once you input your information into the registration page, you are registered to play in the tournament.  On or around 3/19 our tournament partner Gamebattles.com will send out email invitations to the team captains with instructions on setting up their team for the tournament ladder.  Please make sure to allow emails from gamebattles.com into your email inbox, or check your junk email folder often so you don’t miss your invitation.

What if I register but don’t receive an email from Gamebattles?
If you have not received an email from Gamebattles by 3/25, make sure to create a Gamebattles account at http://gamebattles.com/join and then please submit a help desk ticket at http://gamebattles.com/account/newticket.php category: General: Site Help / Arena: Battlefield: Bad Company 2 (Xbox360) and they will be able to help you with the issue, you can also utilize live support if a staff member is available by clicking http://gamebattles.com/xbox360/battlefield-bad-company-2/support top right you will find a icon called Live Support, click that Icon and ask your question.

When can I set-up my team?
If you are the team captain you will be able to set-up your team once you receive the email invitation from Gamebattles.  Once you set your team up, you can then invite your other team members.  If you don’t have all necessary players for a team, you can recruit players through the free agent area on http://gamebattles.com/xbox360/battlefield-bad-company-2/free-agents.
